Welcome Home Veterans Event
Welcome Home Veterans Event Returns April 18, 2026 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. It will be hosted at the Western Carolina Regional Airport on 5840 Airport Rd, Andrews, NC 28901. It will have live music, a vintage military aircraft show, a classic car show, food trucks, and veteran resources/services.

The Sponsorship deadline for marketing is March 20th, 2026. There are three sponsorship levels including Boot ($250 donation), Gunney ($500 donation), and Topgun ($1000 donation). The descriptions are listed to the right. Although there are sponsorship levels any donation amount is appreciated and all proceeds go to helping our veterans. Please fill out the form, make checks payable to Cherokee County Community Connections and either bring to or mail to the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce at 805 US Hwy 64 West Murphy, NC 28906.
